Your internship experience is important to us. We empower everyone at Zentern to create valuable internship experiences and an unforgettable time in Japan.
02

Support & Assist.
Traveling overseas by yourself and being away from home for a few months is exciting but also scary. You are not alone. We strive to create a welcoming environment and try to build trust so that you can discuss with us whatever is on your mind. We are here to help and close behind your parents, you're biggest cheerleaders!
our values

Core values.
03

Grow 1% every day.

Personal growth doesn't have to come from huge milestones—even 1% daily growth can be life-changing. At Zentern, we're committed to growing at least 1% every day and helping others do the same.
04

Nanakorobi, yaoki.
七転び八起き。You fall 7 times but get up 8. A famous Japanese saying. No matter how many times you fail, you will survive and will have learnt so much more than if you never tried.
05

Balance.
We wouldn't be Zentern if we couldn't keep our own Zen. Balance is key to a healthy lifestyle and we aim for a good work-life balance. This also includes for our Zenterns.
06

We're all just humans.
Wishing we all had superpowers (completing an internship in Japan is a super power), we're all just humans. Give people a break including yourself and be kind to others.
07

Never too old to learn.
Personal growth is constant - no matter your age.
08

Enjoy the ride, have fun and be you.
With big goals comes hard work, but time is too precious not to have fun and be yourself along the way. While not every minute of work can be gleeful, every problem has a solution and we enjoy figuring it out together!
