Internship Description

Embark on a journey of visual exploration with our Videography Internship program in Kyoto (sometimes surroundings as well such as Osaka or Nara). This opportunity allows you to dive deep into the world of video production surrounded by the beauty and history of one of Japan's most iconic cities. You’ll work closely with the team but we might request some work to be done independently. It’s therefore important that the intern can work in a team and is comfortable working on his/her own.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing video shoots, capturing footage that reflects our and our clients' vision.
• Learn and apply various filming techniques to create visually appealing and meaningful content.
• Help with the post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Join our meetings and get to know the team.
• Gain experience in using professional videography equipment and editing software.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends.

Requirements

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
• A keen eye for visual composition and a passion for storytelling through video.
• Basic knowledge of videography and editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• An enthusiastic and collaborative spirit, ready to learn and contribute in a team environment.
• Intermediate to fluent English communication skills; Japanese is not needed
