Position: Part-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment? Join our team at Zentern Internships, a leading internship agency based in Tokyo, Japan. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of part-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to customer support and event planning initiatives while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide information and guidance to customers regarding life in Japan through online channels
  • Assist with pre-arrival preparations and logistics for our customers
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars
  • Participate & lead once-a-week events, workshops / seminars
  • Support marketing efforts through various channels
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email responses, data entry, scheduling, and filing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Japanese language skills preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of life in Japan and Japanese culture
  • Must have a visa that allows you to work part-time
  • Preference goes to applicants currently residing in/around Tokyo
